In response to this demand, a selection of support contract packages have been devised to ensure that if you encounter technology problems, you can still do business effectively.

ETS have an extensive list of support services which are currently on offer to their customers

  • Live server monitoring:
 

Live server monitoring throughout the day, week and year. Using our sophisticated monitoring engines, we are able to elicit detailed information from your servers and other network equipment, minute by minute, and identify potential or growing problems before outages cripple the network.
  • Server Maintenance:
 
Valuable management tasks are regularly overlooked, such as disk maintenance, log clearing and high level network tests.
  • Software Updates
 
Both Server and Client need to be updated as much as several times a week with the latest patches and security updates – as they become available. This ensures that any bugs or security holes are removed as soon as the fixes become avaliable. It is also vital to keep all anti-virus software up to date to prevent any kind of system infection which could lead to lengthy downtime.
  • Internet Connectivity
 
 
ETS can be enlisted to maintain all aspect of your network, both inside and outside your office. With close ties to Industry leading internet providers, ETS can install and maintain connectivity of any type. Having a single company to deal with your complete IT needs
  • Telephone Support
 
 
ETS Engineers are available to work through any and all issues which may arise in the day to day use of your systems.
  • On-Site Support
 
 
In the unlikely event of a problem that is unable to be resolved remotely, ETS Engineers are able to visit the customers site, at a service level that suits your needs.
  • Preferential Rates
 

As a member of our Support Network, a customer qualifies for a separate pricing structure, providing rates which are reduced by up to 50% normal rates. *Mileage and expenses incurred do not qualify for discount.

  • Other Included Items
 

The support offered by ETS is not restricted to the computers on your network, as this represent only a fraction of the overall IT management exhibited in companies of any size. As part of the support supplied by ETS, items like Web Site Maintenance, Domain Registration and Management, Site to Site Virtual Private Networks and backup mail servers are all included in the monthly, quarterly or annual support package price.

Support customers with little or no web presence are also offered a free web design service to get them advertising online with minimum effort.
