Being able to offer very high level, technical support for school networks of 100 seats or more, assistance from ETS engineers is on hand to keep your students, teachers and administrative staff productive.

Technical Support at the highest level mean that when your IT staff are unable to solve a problem in house, our experts may assist and guide your staff to a successful remedy, in the shortest amount of time possible, while keeping your staff in the loop, and training them for similar problems.

Educational Support favours a lower annual premium, but comes without the benefit of call outs included. The aim of this service is to improve the skills of your existing IT staff by helping them on advanced network issues. Daily consultancy and support rates are still applicable for on site support.

ETS standard implementation of support means we install and manage a private xDSL circuit at your premise, and install a second network, entirely separate from your academic network.
